In a world where we are moving away from traditional paper-based brochures, it’s useful to take a broader view on how to present your products or services to potential customers. You will, of course, be raising awareness on social media – but once you start to engage in discussion, do you have the right tools to REALLY communicate your business proposition effectively? We think it’s important to think differently about how you communicate, and to explore new ways of conveying your message.
A range of disparate resources can be a barrier to meaningful conversation. Imagine a business development team with an armful of literature, a product video filed away on a laptop, and some PowerPoint slides – not the most consistent set of material, and it makes for a rather disjointed discussion. Perhaps a more integrated digital-based solution could work better, giving you a dynamic platform which does not get in the way of conversation, and is available offline whenever it’s needed?
BE RECEPTIVE TO NEW IDEAS
Be open to exploring different ways of telling your story. Often, a brainstorming meeting can result in new ideas, which can be the start of a fresh creative approach you had not considered previously. Some of our best conversations are where a client might outline a requirement and talk through a brief, but after some exploratory discussion we arrive at a totally different proposition that gives clarity and impact.
Perhaps you have a particular product feature which might be better explained through animation? Would an email-friendly interactive PDF file help guide customers through a complex process via simple click-through stages? Or, could a mobile app help deliver a richer customer experience?
By identifying your business challenges and thinking a little deeper about how to deliver your message, you will then be able to deliver impactful, dynamic solutions.
