Customer Service at Scania goes way beyond the sale of a vehicle. As part of their ongoing driver support, Scania wanted to equip users of their vehicles with a comprehensive range of video guides, helping them get to grips with their vehicle's operation and features. We designed and developed a series of unique mobile apps, working across iOS and Android, phone and tablet. We also shot and edited all the video content, inserted motion graphics, and developed additional app pages dealing with customer support and weblinks to detailed systems information.
As part of their ongoing commitment to equip Scania drivers with the best information possible, we were also commissioned to produce a series of videos detailing the range of Driver Services available: from licence acquisition and instructional videos through to Fleet Management and tachograph guidance. We took care of the whole process: from storyboarding and script editing to the shoot, editing and voiceover insertion. The completed videos were then rendered out for a variety of social media and web uses.
I worked with Ian at Stilo on the development of a bespoke app. Ian really does make it easy with his attention to detail, patience and the fact he ensures he understands the project before he sets off – he really does take an interest in his clients business. The project management system Ian uses is effective and means you can work across multiple sites but with one unified communication system.
